About Me

Hello! My name is Youkeun (pronounced "Yukon") and I am a full time Wedding and Portrait Photographer. Photography began as a hobby and evolved into a fervent passion that I love. The honor of participating in such a special day is a responsibility I take seriously. I offer my best work to my clients by capturing lasting memories for you and your family. Allow me to use my passion to tell a story about your event, one you can share and keep forever.

By working personally with all of my clients, I am able to ensure that you receive the services you desire. I pride myself in creating a comfortable atmosphere, never pressuring my clients, and guaranteeing satisfaction.

Shooting in digital allows me to professionally retouch and add my personal artistry to each image. In addition to my photography services, you have the option of purchasing pre-set packages, which include flush mount albums, enlargements, professional framing, and all digital negatives on a DVD for you to keep.

Jane + Troy Engagement Session

Welcome to my new blog!! It’s been a long time in the making and now it’s finally up!! Jane + Troy will be my very first post and I’m so excited to share these images with you all. I attend the same church with these two and I’ve gotten to know them a lot better through this whole experience. We started our session on Abbot Kinney in Venice. Abbot Kinney is a pretty cool place with lots of cool little shops. After walking around for a little bit we headed over to the Venice Canals. Troy was able to borrow a canoe from a friend (who happens to live right by the canals!!) so we included that bad boy into the shots. It was a little scary at first because the canoe seemed pretty unstable, but once they were in it was ok. We ended our session at Venice Beach where these two frequent and ride bikes together. Troy and Jane also decided to bring along their guitars to the session…great idea!! They had a mini lesson and Troy sang for us (i mean for Jane). You guys were so fun to hang out with and can’t wait for your wedding in 2010!! Enjoy the shots!!
